What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you can, a photo of the tree from the street, roughly how tall it is, what's near it (the house, a fence, the pool, power lines), which town or county the property is in, and what you want done will help us give you a faster answer. If a storm put it on the house and you've filed a claim, have the claim number handy.
What happens next
We'll set a time for an estimator to come out — usually within a day or two, faster after a storm — walk the property, measure the tree, confirm which town's rule applies, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with the permit and any mitigation spelled out. No deposit is due until you've approved the price and we've scheduled the work.
