Estimates
Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for the Grand Strand so you can budget. The price you pay is the written, itemized estimate you receive after an on-site look, and it's good for the period stated on it (normally 30 days). An estimate is not a contract until you've approved it in writing and the work is scheduled.
Who does the work
Tree work arranged through this site is performed by independent, insured tree crews carrying general liability and workers' compensation insurance; the certificate of insurance for the crew performing your work is available before you sign. See our referral marketing disclosure.
Permits and arborist reports
We check whether a city, town or county tree permit applies to your removal and tell you before we cut. Permit fees and mitigation (replacement trees or fees-in-lieu) are the property owner's responsibility and are stated in the written price. Hazard-tree and condition reports are written only by our ISA Certified Arborist, only after an on-site assessment, and only when the tree meets the applicable standard; we don't write letters to order.
Payment
No deposit is due until you've approved the written price and the work is scheduled. Residential work is normally paid on completion. Emergency work after a storm may carry a surcharge, stated before the crew is dispatched.
Website
The content on this site is general information about trees and tree ordinances on the Grand Strand and is not a tree risk assessment, an arborist's opinion, legal advice or an insurance-coverage opinion for your property. Ordinances change; the towns' current codes control. See the disclaimer. We may change this site and these terms at any time.
